Aesthetic dermatology and laser medicine are key components of the treatment concept at my dermatological practice. This includes interventions, such as wrinkle treatment, along with a full range of aesthetic laser medicine procedures. Prior to each intervention, I discuss the advantages and disadvantages, contraindications and personal risks with you in detail in a personal chat. In order to achieve an optimal and natural result, the products I use are scientifically controlled and of the highest quality.
- Wrinkle reduction (botulinum and hyaluronic acid)
- Liquid lifting with hyaluronic acid
- Skin texture improvement
- Elimination of unsightly skin alterations (redness, pigmentation)
- Medical needling or collagen induction therapy to treat scars
- Acne scars and stretch marks
- Lipolysis (fat reduction therapy)
Whether we laugh, yawn or frown, the tireless activity of our facial muscles determine our facial expressions over a lifetime. Permanent stress over time leaves traces on our skin which cause wrinkles. Botulinum toxin makes it possible to mask the natural process of ageing and reduce both fine and deeper wrinkles. Its application also makes some wrinkles disappear completely.
We use Botox® in our practice to treat the following problem areas:
- Forehead wrinkles
- Frown lines
- Crow's feet and laughter lines around the eyes
- Drooping mouth corners
- Horizontal chin folds - strawberry chin
- Excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis)
Wrinkle reduction by injecting hyaluronic acid fillers:Hyaluronic acid is an endogenous and therefore natural substance and can be used in many ways depending on its composition. It offers a wide range of possibilities for use in aesthetic dermatology as a result, including both volume build-up in deeper structures and the targeted treatment of superficial and deeper wrinkles. Treatment with a hyaluron filler can even help to give lips more volume. Selection of the appropriate product takes place individually, tailored to the respective indication for the patient.
Hyaluronic acid is also suitable for replenishing the moisture reservoir and is considered a real skin booster, because it rejuvenates the skin and provides a real glow – a radiance that makes you look more relaxed and vital. In this case, it is applied to a facial area, the effect of which is immediately visible after the injection.
We use hyaluronic acid in our practice to treat the following problem areas:
- Cheek enhancement
- Cheekbone enhancement
- Alleviation of rings under eyes
- Eyebrow lifting
- Lip contouring and lip injections
- Smoothing of upper lip wrinkles
- Injection of the nasolabial folds
- Mouth corner lifting
- Chin enhancement and modelling
- Face modelling
- Wrinkle treatment for the neck and décolleté
- Replenishment of moisture reservoirs in the skin and the smoothing of fine wrinkles
With hyaluronic acid and thread lifting
- Nose tip lifting
- Hump removal
- Symmetry creation
Chin augmentation and shaping can often be performed without surgery using hyaluron gel (hyaluronic acid). Only some of the gel is injected into a deep layer in your lower jaw here. Modelling can then be performed to achieve the desired chin shape.
The procedure is fast, the complication rate low and it leaves you immediately ready to mix again sociably afterwards. The results usually lasts many months and even up to three years. The injection can be repeated easily at any time.
Over the years, the influence of the sun and our lifestyle, as well as injuries and other environmental factors can cause problems with our skin. This results in the formation of brownish spots, wrinkles and scars, as well as redness and dryness. Your skin becomes fleshy, looks less defined and out of shape. This problem can be remedied nowadays without the need for surgery.
Your hands can be made to look youthful again by injecting them with hyaluron. An active agent of our own skin is specifically used on the back of your hand to give it its volume back.
In addition to lines and wrinkles, your skin also has to contend with a loss of elasticity when your reach your 40s. This results from the reduced formation of collagen and, at the same time, the increased breakdown of collagen and elastin in the connective tissues. The bottom part of the face is particularly susceptible here. Your chin, cheeks and the transition to your neck start to droop, making your whole face change shape. The young V shape of your face gradually becomes more angular or square.
In this case, I offer a completely new procedure in the form of a Korean V lift or Korean facelift as an alternative to a surgical facelift. The Korean V lift is a thread lift that is minimally invasive, extremely gentle, almost painless and has an extremely short recovery time. This procedure is mainly suited to patients over the age of 40 who suffer from the problems mentioned above.
