PROFHILO® is not a volume filler for wrinkle treatment, but rather a bio-remodeling procedure. The highly pure hyaluronic acid improves skin quality from within, stimulates collagen and elastin, and provides greater elasticity and moisture—without a plumping effect.

Two sessions approximately four weeks apart are usually recommended. Depending on the condition of the skin and the individual treatment goal, a customized treatment plan may be advisable.

The injections are generally well tolerated. As this is a minimally invasive procedure, the downtime is usually minimal. Mild redness or swelling at the injection sites usually subsides quickly.
